Dr. McColl and his clinical staff are available until 5pm on any day the office is open by calling the office, emailing him directly, or texting his cell phone.  After 5pm and on days the office is closed, he or another physician is available by calling 865-244-1800 and following the prompts.  After hours, the on-call physician is available for medical advice regarding urgent matters.  Tennessee medical practice regulations state that medications should only be prescribed in the context of a proper evaluation.  The on-call physician does not prescribe antibiotics or any controlled substances nor do they refill routine medications.
